TERMS OF SERVICE

• Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

• I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.

• I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

• Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

• Pricing will depend on detail and complexity of the commission request.

• Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @austinlegg_art.

PAYMENT

• Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

• If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

• In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

• Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

PROCESS

• Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full resolution .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

• By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
